    PRESIDENT / CEO / VISIONARY

    Kelly Johnston has extensive experience in both the public accounting and private industry accounting fields. Her background includes a Bachelor in Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, with experience in the healthcare industry with critical access hospitals and physician offices, audit, and tax preparation.

    Her education and experience can add value to new start-up organizations, developing businesses, and healthcare entities by creating a strong financial reporting set up and assisting in new financial reports.

    Personally, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband outdoors and riding her horses.

    COO / INTEGRATOR

    Amanda is an accomplished operations professional with a proven track record of scaling businesses across diverse industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Communication and is a Certified ScrumMaster.

    Amanda’s global perspective was shaped by two years of service in Romania with the Peace Corps. Currently, she is driving organizational growth by implementing the EOS framework at JFS.

    Outside of work, Amanda is passionate about fostering community, fitness, and nutrition. An experienced CrossFit coach since 2015, she enjoys empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals.

    James Flecker is a results-oriented Senior Strategy Manager bringing a wealth of expertise in strategic financial oversight, corporate legal policy, organizational development and business entity restructuring solutions.

    With a career spanning diverse roles such as Licensed Practicing Attorney, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director, Corporate Wealth Advisor and Senior Tax Accountant, he has successfully led multimillion-dollar financial initiatives, risk mitigation strategies, and business growth programs, leading teams to enhance additional gross revenues by millions of dollars.

    James holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA with a focus on Finance, complemented by advanced certifications in business leadership and compliance.
